Conscious Love - EP
Passionate electronic music with words and melodies from deep in the human heart.
This new EP from dRedzilla brings a more pop approach with the electrohouse tunes, One Energy and Limitless as well as some interesting collaborations with rapper Normbeatz which bring new life to Bulletproof Feeling with both a new Dubstep and a Moombahton version of the original which features on the last EP. One instrumental track brings a Celtic flavour to the mix, Cenfigen (Welsh for' jealousy') uses some jigs and reels played by multi instrumentalist Marc Elton to create a unique acoustic electronic fusion with the dark power of the Dubstep beat driving it forward. The title track, Conscious Love, departs from standard Dance genre tempos to create a song which has echoes of 80's synthpop while using a very contemporary sound palette. Lyrically as usual, dRedzilla, stretches the listener with concepts such as interconnectedness, infinite possibilities, optimism in the face of difficulties and the liberating nature of conscious love.
Red Beat: Machines in Motion (Remix)
Electronic dance, dub, drum and bass remix of an original 80's indie classic by Red Beat.
I originally wrote and recorded this song in 1979 for indie label, Malicious Damage Records, Killing Joke's London based label. It was single of the week in influential British music paper, Melody Maker and went on to sell all 3,000 12" vinyl singles produced (which are now worth loads on ebay!). Red Beat recorded the song at Soho's Gooseberry studios with legendary sound engineer, Mark Lusardi. The heavy dub reggae influence Mark brought to the original record, has been emphasized in this 2013 remix. Sound bites and some vocals have been used but the guitars have been replaced using a vintage Telecaster. At 170 bpm it seemed inevitable that the mix would end as a drum and bass tune. It was an adventurous exploration at the time and this remix, while boosting the song's power with new digital techniques, sounds and mastering, retains the explorative spirit by bringing contemporary Dubstep and Moombahton techniques into the mix.
Electronic dance music with a positive message.
One Energy, the new single from Conscious Vibe Electronic Dance artist, dRedzilla, is a move from the hard ass drop style of Dubstep to a more pop orientated House style. The message reaches out to challenge everyone to realise their connection to everyone and everything and to understand that inner change, changes the whole world of each person. One energy stretches past barriers of gender or race to a place where all people and cultures are respected, fostering a world of unity through diversity.

Pure Victory - EP
"Conscious vibe" Dubstep, with soulful singing, big bass and wicked drops!
This EP is a collection of Dubstep tunes from dRedzilla, all written and recorded in the early part of 2012. Sounds are all generated using Massive with drums programmed on Logic Pro. dRedzilla describes his music as "conscious vibe dubstep", this reflects the lyrical content which is an essential aspect of the overall sound. 'What is conscious vibe Dubstep?
"Conscious vibe", was a term applied to 80's reggae music which tried to make people think more deeply about life with the aim of creating a more loving and peaceful world. Although the music has moved on, I still like those ideals and I want to inject my tunes with those kind of vibes, listen to some of my music to see what I mean.'
